FTB Academy beginner question related to power. Unfortunately however, the pack tries to cover too much ground (concept, not content) and both fails to excite vanilla-experienced players with a showcase of modded minecraft, and fails to efficiently teach vanilla-experienced players to a point where they could play other popular packs with little external guidance. The modpack has over 300 quests to walk you through each step of the progression of the most common mods, and nearly 100 pages of Guides to give a more in-depth explanation for what needs it, so you don't have to go searching through wikisįTB Academy Server! (Brand New!) - Version 1.0.0. It is designed especially for people that have never played with mods. I have no clue if this is possible to detect and therefore implement, but I would have liked some of the Thermal and Actually Additions quests to be not just about crafting. It's a good introduction to various stuff, but I was missing the connections between the items I was to craft.
I did play FTB Academy as someone completely unused to modded minecraft, and I must say, I liked it to a point.
